The customer – large industrial sector – has long been entrusting us with the revision of its seals. The seals in operation are particular in their form, and are subject to enduring severe wear. After several routine revisions, in dialogue with the customer, we came to the decision to go beyond the revision and try to conceive a “rethought piece, in order to have a seal with another operating principle, but perfectly interchangeable.
Staff Sinergo at work, the piece has been re-designed, giving life to a non-existing seal on the market as it has been “sewn” to marry the existing machinery without resorting to modifications. This allowed a better part life, a less expensive and much faster revision! The seals are installed and they work perfectly. This is another testimony of how we continue to work with care and attention on an already acquired and consolidated customer, giving life to a profitable synergy, and the importance and effectiveness of our engineering approach!
