With reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, laying down provisions for the protection of confidentiality in the processing of personal data, we wish with this to inform you the personal data supplied by you, or otherwise acquired as part of our activity, may be processed, using the Information System Sinergo Service Srl, or without the aid of electronic means, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, for the institutional purposes of our company, and in particular for:

3) protection of the rights of Sinergo Service Srl in judicial proceedings

4) the transfer of your data to Sinergo Service S.r.l. is strictly functional to the execution of the contractual relationship

5) in relation to the processing of data by Sinergo Service Srl you have the right to exercise the rights pursuant to art. 13 of the law n. 675/96 below

6) the owner of the data processing, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 is Sinergo Service S.r.l.

7) the data will be kept at our headquarters for the time prescribed by law

8) the processing of data provided, or otherwise acquired in the course of our business, may also be carried out by persons who are entitled to access your personal data by law or secondary legislation and / or EU

Rights of the data subject:

In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject shall have the right: a) to be informed, by means of free access to the register referred to in Article 31(1)(a), of the existence of data processing which may concern him/her;

  1. b) to be informed about what is indicated in article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) and h);
  2. c) to obtain, by the owner or manager, without delay: 1. confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and communication in intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes on which the treatment, the request may be renewed, unless there are justified reasons, at intervals of not less than ninety days;
  3. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  4. updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of the data;
  5. the testament that the operations referred to in numbers 2) and 3) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the right of the protected; d) to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; e) to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning him provided for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the owner, no later than when the data are communicated or disseminated, the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.

For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), the interested party may be asked, if it is not confirmed the existence of data concerning him, a contribution expenses, not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in the manner and within the limits set by the regulation referred to in Article 33, paragraph 3

The rights referred to in paragraph 1) relating to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who has an interest in it.

In the exercise of the rights referred to in paragraph 1), the interested party may confer, in writing, delegation or power of attorney to natural persons or associations

The rules on the professional secrecy of journalists, limited to the source of the news, remain unaffected.
